Been a long weekend
too much to do over the weekend, haven’t been blogging, emailing, etc., as much for the past few days.
i’m beat.
i should have gone to bed earlier, but i think my youngest daughter said her pictures for a math project were due tomorrow.
i uploaded them, and i will ask her later in about 5 hrs (when it’s time to get up for school).

It bugs me when I see “real” photographers holding their camera wrong. Also, when they don’t use the viewfinder and turn on the LCD screen live view. Just because you plunked $3,000 on gear doesn’t mean you know how to use it, and it certainly doesn’t mean you are a professional photographer. Pros don’t use auto mode and they sure as heck hold their freakin camera the right way!

Got a lot accomplished so far:
got miss la-di-da-di out of school
got mini-me out of school for doctor’s appt
got gas at about $3.75/gal :/ (total around $75 to fill up my 21 gal tank…and that’s a mini-van)
drove out 30-40 mins for doctor’s appointment
stopped at a walmart on the way back over the hill
then to mini-me’s bf’s house to drop of her ‘surprises’ for him...
