Armytedd (Steven Moffat’s son) Interviews Steven Moffat

This is a great interview because Joshua asks questions that no one else will ask Steven such as:

“Would you ever rejoin Twitter?” and “Do you enjoy traumatizing fans?”

He also gets his dad to talk about the 50th Anniversary.

Go visit his comment thread to suggest questions for the next interview.

This is for the horror geeks out there.

Ever wondered how horror movie soundtracks were made?
You thought they needed an orchestra with digital distortion and shit?

Meet the Waterphone

Invented and developed by Richard Waters, a waterphone is a type of atonal acoustic  instrument consisting of a steel resonator bowl or pan with a cylindrical neck and bronze rods of different lengths and diameters around the rim of the bowl. The resonator may contain a small amount of water giving the waterphone a vibrant ethereal sound that has appeared in movie soundtracks, record albums, and live performances.

So yes, basically you can go to an acoustic concert and feel like you’re inside a horror movie.

this would be fun to have

Now This Is Gangnam Style of the Day: Just because we’re nearly over it in the U.S. doesn’t mean “Gangnam Style” is waning in Korea — at PSY’s recent concert at Kyonggi University in Seoul, the crowd practically becomes part of the track.

It’s almost enough to give you chills.

i heard that he’s been popular in korea for many years, so no surprise how much they love that song there.

Janto (Captain Jack Harkness & Ianto Jones)

YT apparently blocked this, I’m not sure how long ago, so I’m reposting it here. Enjoy! (Made it a while back so I apologize for it’s suckyness.)

There’s the heart-breaking clip on the end, so I warn you know. It’s just bast the half-way mark I believe. If you’re like me and can’t watch it, then ya.. just a warning, you’ll be hit with massive and destructive Janto feels.
